Our new CMM machine, with an optical sensor that is accurate to the 0.0001 (ten-thousandths of an inch). It's base and columns are solid granite to ensure surface accuracy. Data is fed into the computer, plotted, and analyzed. The test program will then print out certification if the quality is accurate to your blueprints.	A view of a portion of quality control. Inspection Equipment Quality control maintains documented procedures that are observed to control, calibrate, and maintain its inspection, measuring, and testing equipment (as well as the test software). All of our equipment is accounted for and documented, with certification, to assure a consistent and reliable calibration. Some of the equipment we use at quality control are a CMM machine, optical comparators, Height-Master Cadilac gages, temperature humidity gages, dial bore gages, cly ring gages, electronic comparators, vernier, digital, and dial calipers, OD, ID, uni, pin, blade, throat, digital, indicator, thread, depth, groove, and chamfer micrometers, angle protractors, test indicators, drop indicators, inter-testers, groove gage intertesters, gage blocks, surface plates, needle depths, hardness testers, v blocks, and precision steel balls.
